Uzbek, Canadian diplomats discuss boosting of bilateral ties

During the conversations, the sides discussed the state and priorities of bilateral relations in various spheres, including the proposals for further development of cooperation, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The Ambassador shared his impressions from the meetings and negotiations in the Legislative Chamber and Senate of Oliy Majlis of the Republic Uzbekistan and underlined the prospects of deepening of Uzbek-Canadian inter-parliamentary cooperation.

The sides confirmed their readiness to take concrete steps to activation of mutually beneficial political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between Uzbekistan and Canada.

The sides also exchanged views on the issues of international agenda.
