Uzbek ambulance services receives Volkswagen Caddy cars

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- To further strengthen the material and technical base of the ambulance service in Uzbekistan, the leadership of Uzbekistan was instructed to supply 1,000 units of special ambulance vehicles.

The project on the purchase of ambulances is implemented with the participation of the Asian Development Bank and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. The vehicles should be supplied by 1 October 2021.

Starting from 24 September, the Jizzakh Automobile Plant began delivering ambulances based on the Volkswagen Caddy to the Ministry of Health.

To date, deliveries of A-class ambulances based on the Volkswagen Caddy have already begun. 1000 Volkswagen Caddy ambulances will replace the existing fleet of Damas microvans, which have already expired.

Ambulance cars "Volkswagen Caddy" will be delivered to all regions of Uzbekistan, including the city of Tashkent.

Ambulances "Volkswagen Caddy" are equipped with modern equipment and are manufactured in accordance with international requirements. The car interior allows to comfortably accommodate the patient and medical staff.

The purchase of special ambulance vehicles of the Volkswagen Caddy model has the following advantages: 12 years warranty for the body, 2 years of warranty without mileage limitation, availability of official service centers and dealers throughout the country, constant availability of spare parts for warranty and after-sales service, registration in state procurement sites (example: cooperation.uz) and the availability of certificates of conformity.

Ambulances "Volkswagen Caddy" in urban traffic conditions are distinguished by high maneuverability and good technical performance. If necessary, the patient can be provided with medical assistance directly in the passenger compartment without stopping the movement.
