Uzbek Ambassador hands over credential to UK Queen
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan Alisher Kurmanov handed over his credentials to the Queen of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Elizabeth II on 4 Noveber 2015.
During the ceremony, which was held at Buckingham Palace, Elizabeth II expressed her respect to rich history and culture of Uzbekistan, role and place of the country in Great Silk Road and modern development of Central Asia.
She expressed interest of British side in further developing bilateral relations in all directions of mutual interest.
