UzBAT reports 1.1 trillion soum profit for Q3 2024

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The net profit of UzBAT Joint-Stock Company for Q3 2024 under IFRS reached nearly 1.1 trillion soums, marking a 45.2% increase compared to the same period in 2023.

The company’s revenue for the reporting period amounted to 2.6 trillion soums, a year-on-year growth of 26.3%.

According to the company’s report, gross profit grew by 40.0%, surpassing 1.2 trillion soums.

Assets exceeded 2.5 trillion soums (+0.9% YoY), and equity reached 2 trillion soums (+27.4% YoY).

The board of directors of UzBAT recommended a dividend payout of 33,266 soums per share (14,464% of the nominal value), which will total 819.9 billion soums.

UzBAT is a producer of tobacco products and nicotine-containing goods.
