Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 26 February, the Second Forum of inter-regional cooperation of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan on the theme “Cooperation of regional business in the field of agro-industrial cooperation, industry and tourism” ended in Urgench.
Within the framework of this forum, with the participation of the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov and his Kazakh counterpart Askar Mamin, an agreement was signed between Uzavtosanoat and Allure Group of Companies on the establishment of an Uzbek-Kazakh joint venture in Kazakhstan. Autosanoat Invest LLC and SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP from the Kazakh side became the founders of this enterprise from Uzbekistan.
The creation of a joint venture will expand the distribution network of UzAuto Motors JSC in Kazakhstan, reduce the cost of cars sold in Kazakhstan, as well as use additional financial and insurance instruments when selling products.
Under the agreement, it is planned to develop export markets in Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries, the supply of which will be carried out through this joint company. In total, in the near future, the company plans to open more than 100 dealerships that are part of a single network on export wounds.
In addition, during the forum, Uzavtosanoat presented the entire range of passenger cars, trucks and special vehicles, buses and trucks manufactured by Uz Truck & Bus Motors, SamAvto, UZAUTO Trailer and UzAuto Motors.
