Uzavtosanoat and Allure Group of Companies intend to expand cooperation

According to the press service of Uzavtosanoat, the document was signed by the deputy chairman of the board of Uzavtosanoat Rustam Yusupov and vice president of business development of Allure Group of Companies Yuri Afanasyev.

Within the framework of the memorandum, the companies intend to expand and strengthen mutually beneficial economic cooperation.

The parties will develop a long-term cooperation strategy for increasing sales and occupying the dominant market share in Kazakhstan.

Uzavtosanoat and Allure Group of Companies plan to modernize the technical base of enterprises of the automotive industry in Kazakhstan.

In addition, the sides will search for suppliers and buyers of Uzavtosanoat’s products (cars, buses, trucks, mounted and trailed equipment, etc.) at the Allure Group of Companies production facilities.

The Memorandum envisages carrying out trade, trade and intermediary, commodity exchange operations, including export-import operations, development and implementation of possible joint projects, exchange of information, provision of services.

Within the framework of the document, the sides are considering the possibility of expanding the model range of products for the Kazakhstani market.

Partners, depending on market conditions, their capabilities and other factors, will jointly consider the issue of increasing production volumes, as well as increasing the product line of products in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
