Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- UzAuto Motors JSC announced about the termination of the dealer agreement with GURLAN AVTOSALON LLC (Gurlen district, Khorezm region) due to a number of gross violations of paragraphs 5.2 and 5.7 of the dealer agreement.

On 26-27 April, in the course of monitoring the transparency of car sales at the dealership of GURLAN AVTOSALON LLC, conducted by UzAuto Motors, it was revealed that the dealer company made systematic errors and shortcomings, as well as gross violations of a number of clauses of the dealer agreement.

During the investigation, it was found that the funds from the sale of cars, which were supposed to be transferred to the account of the manufacturer, were embezzled, there was a debt in payments for cars sold by shares or in installments. It was also revealed that most of the documents were not drawn up in the prescribed manner and were forged. These and a number of other shortcomings, in turn, is a gross violation of the dealer agreement.

All information about the violations committed by the dealership was provided to the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan for a legal decision to be made.

All obligations to customers under contracts concluded with GURLAN AVTOSALON will be fulfilled by XORAZM AVTOTEXXIZMAT. The company guarantees timely and complete fulfillment of the obligations of the Dealer "GURLAN AVTOSALON" to customers.
