Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Yesterday, a video of an accident involving a trailer for the transportation of Chevrolet Damas cars produced by the Khorezm branch of UzAuto Motors was circulated on telegram channels. 

The cars were supposed to be delivered to a dealership in Ferghana region. Due to non-compliance with traffic rules and non-observance of the distance, a dump truck moving behind a truck hit an auto transporter driving along the A-373 Tashkent-Osh highway in the territory of the village of Mekhnatabad, Uchkuprik district, Ferghana region. As a result, 5 out of 9 Chevrolet Damas cars loaded onto the trailer received technical damage. 

Currently, a preliminary investigation is being carried out by the traffic safety department of the Uchkuprik district of Ferghana region. During the investigation, it turned out that the dump truck driver fell asleep while driving and lost control, which resulted in an accident.

It should be noted that no one was injured in the incident. All transported cars were insured and all existing damages will be indemnified by the insurance company.
