Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Uzbek-US negotiations began this morning in Tashkent, for participation in which a US delegation headed by Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Donald Lu arrived in Uzbekistan, Dunyo news agency reported.

Within the framework of the visit, the first meeting of the Strategic Partnership Dialogue between Uzbekistan and the United States will take place.

The Uzbek delegation at the talks is headed by Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov.
