Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzkimyosanoat joint-stock company held a meeting with a delegation of Uralchem JSC (Russia), headed by a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of the company Dmitry Mazepin, who is in our country to participate in events to establish long-term cooperation in development of the chemical industry.

Mazepin, a member of the Board of Directors and General Director of Uralchem JSC, especially noted the economic reforms carried out in our country over the past five years on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, aimed at the development of macroeconomic indicators, the transformation of enterprises with state participation, public-private projects partnership and privatization.

He also focused on the implementation of plans aimed at introducing his own experience, contributing to the further development of the country’s chemical industry and investment projects implemented by the company in Uzbekistan, aimed at developing new world markets through the export of jointly produced products.

During the meeting, the prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation were considered, including issues of organizing a new production of phosphorus and complex fertilizers in Tashkent region, for the production of low-tonnage chemicals in a chemical cluster created on the basis of Navoiazot JSC, as well as increasing the productivity of mining operations at Dekhkanabad Potash JSC.
