Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Unauthorized construction of a building on land plots adjacent to apartment buildings entails a fine of 8.1 million to 13.5 million soums.

Also, officials who violate the rules for managing apartment buildings will be fined up to 15 sizes of basic estimated value (4 million soums). 

Now, the consideration of cases of offenses provided for in Article 159 of the Code of Administrative Liability in the field of housing maintenance has been transferred from the courts to the Housing Inspectorate.

A person who has committed an offense for the first time shall be released from liability if he voluntarily eliminated the violations committed in connection with the changes made or their reconstruction, unauthorized constructions (buildings) on a land plot adjacent to an apartment building, as well as their consequences.
