Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree on the appointment of the acting khokim of Surkhandarya region.

In accordance with the decree of the President, Tura Bobolov was relieved of the post of khokim of Surkhandarya region in connection with the transfer to another job.

Ulugbek Kosimov has been appointed as acting khokim of Surkhandarya region.

Prior to that, Ulugbek Kosimov worked as a prosecutor in Tashkent.
