UFF President congratulates Uzbekistan U-20 with victory
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
President of Uzbekistan Football Federation (UFF) Mirabror Usmanov congratulated players and coaches of Uzbekistan U-20 with progress to quarterfinals of the FIFA U-20 World Championship in New Zealand.
In phone conversation, Mirabror Usmanov said that win over Austria, which helped Uzbekistan to advance to the quarterfinals of the World Cup, is another success of the Uzbek football.
On behalf of Uzbek people and himself, the UFF President expressed gratitude to Uzbekistan U-20 for good performance at international area.
Usmanov wished the team not to stop on achieved and claim victory over Senegal in quarterfinals. He said that this will improve achievements of Uzbekistan teams in previous tournaments and open new page in history of the Uzbek football.
