Ucell Receives Five International Awards from Ookla and Opensignal

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — At the international Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona, Ucell was honored with several prestigious international awards based on independent research on mobile network quality conducted by Opensignal and Ookla.

Three International Awards from Opensignal

Ucell’s CEO, Andrey Shishkovskiy, received three awards personally from Charles Rutstein, CEO of Opensignal.

Ucell was recognized as the winner in three categories of the international Mobile Network Experience Report - March 2026, published by Opensignal*:

• Fastest Mobile Network - the fastest mobile internet in Uzbekistan
• Most Consistent Network Quality - the most stable network quality in Uzbekistan
• The Most Reliable Network - the most reliable mobile network in Uzbekistan

What Was Measured and Evaluated:

• The typical data download speed experienced by users when using the mobile network;
• The network’s ability to provide consistent connection performance for video streaming, messaging apps, browsing, and content downloads without noticeable delays or interruptions;
• Users’ ability to connect to the network and successfully complete basic digital tasks.

Two International Awards from Ookla

Victor Zeng, Sales Director at Ookla, presented the awards to the management of Ucell.

Earlier, based on the results of the second half of 2025, Ucell received awards according to the analysis of Speedtest Intelligence® data by Ookla.

• Best Mobile Network - the best mobile network in Uzbekistan
• Fastest Mobile Network - the fastest mobile internet in Uzbekistan

These awards were granted based on the analysis of Speedtest Intelligence® data for Q3–Q4 2025 as part of the 2025 Speedtest Awards.
