Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Two private higher educational institutions will be opened in Tashkent. The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education has published draft government resolutions for discussion.

In particular, it is planned to open the University of Tashkent for Applied Sciences and the Diplomat University in the capital.

At the University of Tashkent for Applied Sciences, along with the educational program of Uzbekistan, it is planned to introduce educational standards of the University of Greenwich, the University of Central Lancashire and other higher educational institutions from the top 1000 world rankings of universities.

The university will offer study programs in areas such as business information systems, information security, mathematical modeling and forecasting, risk management, international financial reporting standards (IFRS), econometrics, business management, project management and others.

Training will be conducted in Uzbek, Russian and English on a paid contract basis, as well as through grants provided by potential employers and other sources.

The Diplomat University will teach on a tuition fee basis in the following areas: economics, information technology, jurisprudence and international relations.

Classes will be held in Uzbek, Russian and English in daytime, evening and distance (online) form.
