Uzbek leader signed a decree on appointing Tursinhan Hudaybergenov to the post of the state advisor of the President of Uzbekistan on control and coordination of work with appeals of individuals and legal entities.
In this connection, Tursinhan Hudaybergenov was released from the post of the Minister of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan.
