Turonbank issues shares worth about 100 billion soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Turonbank issued additional common shares worth about 100 billion soums.
As part of the issue, the bank issued 58,823,529 ordinary shares with par value of 1,700 soums each. The total amount of the issue is 99,999,999,300 soums.
The shares will be placed by private subscription to the state represented by the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of Uzbekistan.
