Turon Bank issues 90 VISA cards

About US$390,000 were put to Turon BankVISA cards and turnover made up US$311,000, local newspaper Bankovskiye Vedomosti reported. The paper said Uzpromstroybank’s processing center serves Turon Bank cards.

The bank purchased 60 POS-terminals for servicing VISA-cards, which were installed at branches and mini-banks in Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Navoi, as well as shops, restaurants and hotels in these cities. The bank said it is planning to buy another 40 POS-terminals.
