Turnover of UZSE exceeds 32bn soums in December
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
The volume of exchange deals with the securities market of Uzbekistan Stock Exchange reached 32.7 billion soums in December 2015, which rose 4.5 times compared to December 2014 (7.2 billion soums).
In the reporting period, the exchange registered 432 deals with 17.3 million securities of 25 issuers, listed at the UZSE.
About 84.5% of deals (27.6 billion soums) were recorded in the IPO market. The secondary market accounted 15.5% share.
The average size of the exchange deals at the UZSE made up 75.7 million soums in December 2015 against 113.8 million in the same month of 2014. The average daily volume of deals made up 1.487 billion soums (421.5 million in December 2014).
The average price of realized one share made up 1.886.8 soums in December 2015 against 936.7 soums in December 2015.
About 97.8% of deals were conducted with the securities of the commercial banks.
