Turkish doctors examine children from Ferghana Valley

The delegation includes 17 doctors, including surgeons, anaesthetists and other medical specialists.

According to the Uzbek Health Ministry, from 16 to 23 October, Turkish specialists will examine children from Ferghana, Andijan and Namangan regions at the Ferghana multiple-discipline children center.

The doctors will examine children with birth defects and post-burn in the face, congenital defects of the upper lip and palate. Seriously ill children will be operated.

The visit was organized by the Ministry of Healthcare of Uzbekistan, International charity fund Sog’lom Avlod Uchun and leading medical establishments of Turkey.
