Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 21 March at 16:44, the emergency department of Tashkent city received a message about a fire at an electrical substation located in Yashnabad district of Tashkent. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

"Instantly, fire and rescue crews moved to the place of the fire," the Ministry of Emergency Situations noted.

Upon arrival, it turned out that a transformer with a capacity of 16 thousand kVA caught fire.

The fire was extinguished at 17:09 hours.
