Total assets of credit unions grow by 37%

Total assets of credit unions, working in Uzbekistan, grew by 37% and it made up 154.2 billion soums as of 1 July 2009.
As of 1 July 2009, credit unions of the united over 125,000 people or number of members rose by 25% compared to the beginning of 2009.
The credit unions’ deposits increased by 40.6% compared to the beginning of 2009 and their volume reached 114.5 billion soums as of 1 July 2009.
