Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 5 July, a Tico car drove into a water canal flowing in the Karshi region (Kashkadarya region). This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan.

There was only the driver in the car, who managed to get out of the sinking car safely. He escaped with minor injuries.

A rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene, which included diving crews. Within a few minutes, the car was raised to the surface.
