Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Unfavorable weather conditions have caused restrictions on the work of Tashkent and Andijan international airports.

So, due to poor visibility (250 m) at the Tashkent airport caused by thick fog, Uzbekistan Airways flight HY9614 (Moscow-Tashkent) left for an alternate airfield in Samarkand.

Flight HY336 (Jeddah-Tashkent) was redirected to Navoi International Airport. After the weather conditions improved, the board with passengers flew to the capital’s airport.

Andijan airport is also closed due to bad weather conditions. Uzbekistan Airways flights HY091 (Tashkent-Andijan) and HY049 (Andijan-Samarkand) will operate from Ferghana Airport according to a modified schedule. The management of the Andijan airport organized a transfer for passengers to Fergana airport.
