Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In accordance with the development strategy, practical measures will be taken to increase hydrocarbon production, for which, after analyzing deposits with the presence of raw materials, exploration areas and structures, investors will be attracted on the basis of transparent mechanisms.

In particular, in 2022, in the system of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, at least 5 fields with low reserves, located far from infrastructure facilities and high production costs, by attracting contractors on the basis of risk-service contracts, geological and technical measures will be carried out at 25 wells and the production of hydrocarbons will be increased.

2Until April 2022, at hydrocarbon fields, areas and structures, including those assigned to Uzbekneftegaz JSC, an analysis of the state of geological exploration and the availability of production will be carried out, as a result of which unused geological objects will be returned to the state reserve and a list of geological objects will be formed offered to investors. 

By October 2022, with the participation of international experts and consulting organizations, a package of exploration materials (geological information, teasers and presentations) will be developed for investors to select geological objects and use them.

By November 2022, tender documentation for obtaining a permit for the use of subsoil on objects will be formed, which will be gradually offered to investors on the basis of transparent mechanisms.
