Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Delegate Minister for Trade of France, Chairman of the Uzbek-French Business Council Oliver Becht delivered a speech at the opening of the Uzbek-French business forum.

The speaker noted that the visit of the head of our state is a new sign of the intensification of bilateral relations and emphasized the important role played by business communities in the processes of economic growth of the two countries.

“Business plays a special role in economic growth, and therefore the activation of direct contacts between business circles is one of the most important issues on the agenda of discussions at the highest level. This is the key to building up a mutually beneficial economic dialogue. Among the promising areas are seen, including energy, high technology, transport and logistics, social services,” said Oliver Becht.
