Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Kengash of the Senate adopted a resolution to convene the twenty-seventh plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 13 June 2022.

At the next plenary session of the Senate, a number of issues are to be considered.

Among them are the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the management of state property”, “On restricting the distribution and consumption of alcohol and tobacco products”, “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On transplantation of human organs and tissues ”, “On introducing amendments and additions, as well as recognizing as invalid some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

Also, the senators will consider the issue of electing the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
