During this period, the following occurs:

- recommended for students (masters, bachelors) on a tuition fee basis;

- recommended for enrollment in vocational education institutions (technical schools, colleges) on a tuition fee basis;

- recommended for students on the basis of a stratified remuneration-contract;

- applies to students who have been relocated (relocated) and re-admitted.
