Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On approval of administrative regulations for the provision of certain public services in the field of cadastre" was adopted.
The decision approved the administrative regulations for the provision of public services for the issuance of cadastral passports for real estate.
According to him, as a result of cadastral registration of real estate and the formation of a cadastral file in electronic form, a cadastral passport for the property is issued.
To obtain a cadastral passport, the applicant personally applies to the Center for Public Services or registers on the Single portal of interactive public services.
Preparation of a cadastral passport:
registration of a cadastral passport for residential premises will take:
in apartment buildings - up to 3 working days;
for housing in the private sector - up to 5 working days;
(previously it took 7 and 10 days, respectively)
registration of a cadastral passport for non-residential premises will take:
area up to 100 sq.m - up to 5 working days;
area from 100 sq.m. up to 1,000 square meters - up to 7 working days;
area from 1,000 sq.m. up to 5,000 sq.m - up to 10 working days;
area from 5000 sq.m. up to 15,000 square meters - up to 15 working days;
area from 15,000 sq.m. up to 50,000 sq.m - up to 20 working days;
area of more than 50,000 square meters - up to 25 working days.
(Previously, this procedure took 10 to 45 days).
After the formation of the cadastral file, a notice of payment (invoice) indicating the amount of payment for the issuance of a cadastral passport is sent electronically to the Public Services Center or to the applicant.
The applicant pays the amount of the payment within 1 month after receiving the notification.
The amount of payment for the issuance of a cadastral passport is determined by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Registration of a cadastral passport is free in the following cases:
in the presence of a primary cadastral passport of the real estate object, in the absence of alienation or change of the object (reconstruction, additional and detached construction);
when a part of the real estate object is alienated to the rest of the object or when the category is changed without reconstruction;
in case of loss of the cadastral file (passport) or its unusability.
In these cases, the cadastral passport is issued within 3 working days.
A cadastral passport in paper form is issued through the Center for Public Services or EPIGU, a plastic cadastral passport is issued only through the Center for Public Services.
