Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution "On the establishment of the National Dispatch Center State Unitary Enterprise under the Ministry of Energy".

The center will perform national, regional and territorial dispatching functions of JSC "National Electric Network of Uzbekistan" and JSC "Territorial Electric Network".

The main tasks of the Center:

operational management of the unified energy system and ensuring its reliable operation;

implementation of dispatch control of enterprises included in the unified electric power system;

formation of an hourly mode of production and consumption of electricity based on supply and demand;

ensuring the operation of the unified energy system in the most technically and economically optimal modes;

management of the operating modes of the unified energy system in parallel with the energy systems of neighboring states.

Sources of funding for the activities of the National Dispatch Center:

proceeds from the provision of dispatching services on a contractual basis to organizations for the production and distribution of electricity;

funds of international financial organizations;

sponsorship and other sources not prohibited by law.
