Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to reduce quarantine requirements in the republic, in accordance with the instructions of the head of state, the Special Commission of Uzbekistan adopted the decision to allow some activities.
First, from 5 September 2020, public catering facilities (restaurants, cafes, teahouses) can resume their operations.
At the same time, the following sanitary requirements are imposed on the following establishments:
banquets and other public events prevention;
ensuring social distance between tables of at least 2 meters;
accommodation of clients of no more than 4 people (except for family members) at one table;
wearing medical masks and medical gloves;
cleaning the table surface and other furniture with disinfectants after each client;
installation of disinfection equipment (ultraviolet lamps, etc.) in buildings and premises, as well as in the air circulation system.
The commission allowed to resume of activities of cultural and entertainment facilities (theater and cinema only). In this case, the following sanitary requirements are imposed on the following premises:
installation of disinfection equipment (ultraviolet lamps, etc.) in the air circulation system of the facility;
accommodation of visitors while maintaining social distance and wearing a medical mask (if necessary, free replacement of the mask, if the event lasts more than 2 hours);
equipping entrances and exits with pyrometers, disinfecting "beds", antiseptics, measuring the body temperature of each visitor at the entrance or any signs of infection with a temperature of 370C and above;
cleaning the surface of chairs and other furniture with a disinfectant after each session;
wearing medical masks and medical gloves;
Amusement parks will also start their work. In this case, the premises must comply with the following sanitary standards:
ensuring the queue of customers while maintaining social distance;
cleaning the surface of the attractions with disinfectants every hour or after each use;
maintain social distance while using the attraction;
wearing medical masks and medical gloves;
decontamination of buildings and premises, as well as air circulation systems (ultraviolet lamps for the operation of indoor attractions).
Collective services in religious institutions (services on Fridays and Saturdays) will be resumed. In this case, the following premises must comply with the following sanitary standards:
ensuring social distance between believers for public worship;
medical staff and visitors must wear medical masks;
strict observance of sanitary and hygienic and disinfection requirements, regular disinfection of premises, equipping entrances and exits with pyrometers, antiseptics;
cleaning the surface and furniture in the room with disinfectants after each service;
installation of disinfection equipment (ultraviolet lamps, etc.) in buildings and premises, as well as in the air circulation system.
do not allow visitors with a body temperature of 37 degrees or higher or with symptoms of illness;
strictly prevent the gathering of the population at the entrances and exits of religious organizations;
Passenger transportation in fixed-route taxis (except for Damas vehicles) will resume their functioning from 5 September. The following rules should be applied:
During the operation of a taxi, the body temperature of drivers should be measured with pyrometers before each trip in accordance with the quarantine rules, and it should not be allowed to work at a temperature of 37 degrees and above;
Do not allow passengers without a medical mask to enter the cabin;
Make sure the vehicle is regularly and thoroughly disinfected before every ride (including every seat).
