Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Government resolution approved the rules for the implementation of activities for the management of apartment buildings.

In accordance with the rules, the activities for the management of apartment buildings include the services and work necessary to create comfortable and safe conditions for the use of residential premises, maintenance and use of common property.

The management body of an apartment building is obliged to constantly post the following information at the entrance to the building:

- name, address, telephone, working hours, website of the governing body;

- contact numbers of organizations providing utilities;

- the timing of the repair work; 

- the amount of the compulsory contribution, the amount of payment for the services provided.

The governing body should establish a 24-hour emergency dispatch service that will deal with emergencies.

At the same time, the emergency dispatch service must answer the calls of the owners within 3 minutes.

Also, if the sewage system in apartments is clogged and contamination occurs, these situations must be eliminated within 2 hours.

In case of emergency damage to cold, hot water supply, heating, power supply and sewerage, these situations are eliminated in 3 days.
