The document said the employees of the legal entities, involved in the transportation of passengers and goods by car, should improve their knowledge and skills each three years.
Transportation of passengers and goods by car will be carried out by legal entities with employees with at least 3 years of experience in this area, higher professional education in the automotive or technical direction and a qualification certificate;
The condition for having a higher professional education in the automotive or technical direction does not apply to employees of legal entities engaged in the transportation of household waste in specially equipped vehicles and the provision of public services.
In order to introduce the practice of issuing electronic certificates to graduates of advanced training courses in educational institutions, a system "Repository of electronic certificates" will be created.
