Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Government Resolution "On measures to ensure transparency in recording rights to real estate, as well as to improve certain administrative procedures in the field of cadastre" was adopted.
According to the Resolution, the Cadastre Agency will maintain a public geoportal based on open data in the National Geographic Information System, which will be launched before 1 January 2023.
Work on the preparation of the cadastral collection of real estate is carried out only in electronic form through the information system.
Until 1 January 2024, state bodies and organizations, as well as self-government bodies of citizens, will complete the registration of actually used land plots, the decision on the allocation of which has not yet been made.
By the end of 2022, the competent authorities maintaining state cadastres will fully integrate their databases into the information system.
Cadastral engineers with a qualification certificate make a monthly payment in the amount of 1 size of basic estimated value for using the information system.
Open data is provided to government bodies through a public geoportal free of charge, and to individuals, business associations and other legal entities - for a fee.
Users can receive free information about the cadastral number of a land plot in the state register of rights to real estate, its address and purpose of use.
