The recruitment of government officials to be carried out on the basis of an open online competition

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A resolution of the President "On additional measures for the effective organization of anti-corruption activities" was adopted.

According to the resolution, from 1 September 2021, the recruitment of employees of state bodies and organizations will be carried out on the basis of an open online competition.

Until 1 October 2021, a bill will be developed that establishes the legal consequences of invalidating contracts concluded on the basis of corruption, conflict of interest, participation of civil servants in entrepreneurial activities.

From 1 October 2021, in all state bodies and organizations, regional khokimiyats, the activities of internal anti-corruption control structures will be established.

From 1 August 2021, the results of public procurement tenders will be published in the public domain.

A procedure for checking partners (contractors) in public procurement will be developed.

From 1 December 2021, the Anti-Corruption Agency will annually publish a rating assessing the effectiveness of anti-corruption work.

By 1 December 2021, a database on income and property declarations will be formed.

Until 1 October 2021, tenders for contracts for construction and contracting works at the expense of public funds will be held electronically on a special information portal for public procurement with the exchange of information of the Shaffof Qurilish system.

By 1 January 2022, the online information platform "SHAFFOF YO‛L" will be launched, which will contain information related to the field of highways.

From 1 January 2022, civil servants will regularly undergo anti-corruption training on the basis of the "Halollik Vaccinasi" principle.
