The property tax of legal entities in Uzbekistan to increase in 2024

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The basic property tax rate (1.5%) remains unchanged, however, when determining the tax base, the minimum tax per 1 square meter will be indexed by 20%.

In Uzbekistan, the property tax rate will increase from 1 January 2024. UzA reports this.

It is noted that although the property tax rate (1.5%) remains the same, when determining the tax base, the established minimum value per 1 square meter will be indexed by 20%.

This amount is 3 million soums for Tashkent (now 2.5 million soums), for the city of Nukus and regional centers - 2 million soums (now 1.5 million soums), for other cities and rural areas - 1.2 million soums (now it is set at 1 million soums).
