The process of considering the claims filed with the court can be monitored online

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A resolution of the President "On measures to digitalize the activities of the judiciary" was adopted. The resolution defines the tasks for the next stage of digitalization of the activities of courts.

This includes expanding the types of interactive electronic services provided to citizens and business entities, ensuring online monitoring of the process of considering each appeal, creating the possibility of free use of interactive services in court buildings.

The Resolution approved the Program for the digitalization of the activities of the judiciary in 2020-2023, which provides for:

from 1 January 2021, the recording of court sessions in all courts by means of audio recording based on the petition of the parties in the case and with the consent of the presiding judge, as well as the formation of court records using this system;

from 1 July 2021, automatic distribution of cases between judges in the courts of appeal and cassation;

from 1 October 2021, notifying all participants about the time and place of the court session by sending SMS messages free of charge;

from 1 January 2022, the presentation of court decisions to the parties in the case online, at their request - in paper form;

by 1 July 2022, organizing the provision of about 10 interactive services in order to create convenience in the activities of the judiciary, including citizens and business entities to achieve justice;

from 1 January 2023, the submission and acceptance of court cases in the state archive in electronic form;

further improvement of the infrastructure of information and communication technologies in courts, the High Judicial Council and the High School of Judges.

According to the resolution, from 1 January 2022, the Adolat Information Systems Complex is being introduced into the activities of courts, providing the following capabilities:

submission of claims, applications and complaints to courts by state authorities and local authorities, local state authorities, economic management authorities and lawyers exclusively in electronic form;

monitoring by interested parties of the processes of consideration of claims, applications and complaints online;

sending by the participants of the court session information and documents in electronic form;

automatic generation of court documents using the information system implemented in the activities of the courts.

In addition, by the end of 2020, a mobile application will be developed that will provide an opportunity to participate in court hearings via video conferencing.
