Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government resolution approved the Administrative Regulations for the provision of public services for conducting a qualification exam and issuing a qualification certificate for labor protection specialists.
According to the Administrative Regulations, from 1 January 2022, the applicant can apply for a qualification certificate through the Public Service Centers or the Single Interactive Public Services Portal (EPIGU).
The authorized bodies for the qualification exam are the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the main employment departments of the regions and the city of Tashkent.
The authorized body, within 1 day from the date of receipt of the request, examines the feasibility of admitting or refusing the applicant to the qualification exam.
The qualifying exam is held at least once every 2 months, depending on the formation of the groups.
Information about the date, time and place of the exam is posted on the official website of the authorized body at least 15 days before the exam, and the list of applicants admitted to the exam - 5 days before the exam.
When passing the exam, the applicant presents the original passport, identification ID-card or other identity document.
The exam is carried out through test tests (at least 75 questions).
The total exam time is 45 minutes.
A candidate who answers correctly at least 70 percent of the questions is considered to have passed the exam.
The exam results are published within 2 days.
Each applicant who has a qualification certificate is required to take advanced training courses in the field of labor protection every 3 years after receiving the certificate.
For the provision of public services, a fee is charged in the amount of one BRV (270 thousand soums), when applying through the EPIGU - 90 percent of this amount (243 thousand soums).
