Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution approved the Administrative Regulations for the provision of public services for the privatization of land plots owned by citizens and legal entities of Uzbekistan on the right of permanent use (possession), lease and lifetime hereditary possession.

According to the Administrative Regulations, public services for the privatization of land plots are provided through the Center for Public Services (CPS) or the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services (my.gov.uz).

At the same time, an application is filled out, to which the following documents are attached:

power of attorney (if the applicant’s representative applies); 

decision on the privatization of a land plot (if the applicant is a legal entity). 

The application is sent to the information system "Yerxususiylashtirish" for consideration by the district (city) construction department, cadastral branch.

The cadastral department checks the data within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application. 

The district (city) construction department, within 3 working days, considers the compliance of the location of the land plot with the approved documents on urban planning for the development of the land area (settlement or area between them) and their development.

Based on the results of the application (approved or rejected), a notification is generated and sent to the applicant in the Yerxususiylashtirish information system.

Accordingly, the applicant makes payment for the purchase of land within 10 working days.

With timely payment, a state warrant for land ownership is formed.

The Cadastre Department, on the basis of an order, within 2 working days makes state registration of the right to a land plot and sends an extract from it to the applicant or to the CPS.

For the provision of public services, a fee of 10 percent (27,000 soums) of the size of basic estimated value is collected.

When providing services through the my.gov.uz, the fee is 24,300 soums.

Confirmation of the payment of fees and the redemption value of the privatized land plot is carried out through the information system "Yerxususiylashtirish".

The regulation does not apply to land plots provided to participants in small industrial, youth industrial and business zones.
