Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The procedure for the examination of urban planning documentation will be improved.

When carrying out an examination of urban planning documentation:

- the documentation is reviewed through the national information system "Transparent Construction";

- project documentation of works carried out at the expense of state funds, foreign investment funds under the guarantee of the state, is considered by the State Unitary Enterprise "Expertise of Urban Planning Documentation" or its regional branches;

- objects financed from other sources are considered by legal entities that have accredited design documentation, State Unitary Enterprise "Expertise of Urban Planning Documentation" or its territorial branches;

- positive expert opinions are recognized as valid if they are entered into the "Unified Register of Expert Conclusions";

- a differentiated system of charging fees for examination services has been introduced;

A system of attestation and certification of experts implementing project documentation will be created.
