Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution approved the Regulation on the procedure for storing electronic control copies of copyright objects in a single database.
This Regulation determines the procedure for storing electronic control copies of copyright objects in the Unified Database of Copyright Objects (Unified Database) by organizations (depositories) that accept objects of copyright for storage.
The processes of maintaining the Unified Database, technical support and entering electronic control copies of copyright objects into the Unified Database are coordinated by the state institution "Center for Intellectual Property" under the Ministry of Justice.
The Unified Database stores electronic control copies of the following objects of copyright:
- literary works (literary and artistic, scientific, educational, journalistic and other works);
-dramatic and screenwriting works;
- musical works with or without text;
- musical dramatic works;
- choreographic works and pantomimes;
- audiovisual works;
- works of painting, sculpture, graphics, design and other works of fine art;
- works of arts and crafts and stage decorative art;
-works of architecture, urban planning and arts and crafts;
- works of photography and works created in techniques similar to photography;
- geographical, geological maps and other maps, drawings, sketches and works related to geography, topography and other sciences;
- programs for all types of electronic computers.
Electronic control copies of the copyright object are stored in the Unified Database indefinitely.
