Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government resolution approved the Regulation on the procedure for maintaining the State Register of Agricultural Crops Recommended for Sowing in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the Regulation, the Center for Variety Testing of Agricultural Crops under the Ministry of Agriculture is an authorized state body for maintaining the State Register of Agricultural Crops.
Also, the resolution approved the Administrative Regulations for State Services for Variety Testing of Agricultural Crops.
According to this, individuals and legal entities are issued a certificate of registration of varieties of agricultural crops in the State Register.
In this case, a person applying for public services sends an application in electronic form with an electronic digital signature certificate to the Center or applies in person (in some cases via postal services or in electronic form).
The application is certified by a traditional or electronic digital signature of the applicant or by a QR code of compliance.
The center within 5 working days examines the integrity and correctness of the documents provided by the applicant.
For the public services rendered by the Center, the applicant makes payments at the rates specified in the Regulations.
After the adoption, based on the conclusion of the Expert Commission under the Ministry of Agriculture, the decision of the Center on the recommendation of sowing agricultural crops and payment by the applicant of the corresponding payments, the varieties of agricultural crops are registered in the State Register within 3 months.
The certificate of registration in the State Register is issued for a period of 3 years.
The state register is kept in a single copy, information about it is posted on the website of the Center and is open to individuals and legal entities.
