Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution approved the Administrative Regulations for the provision of public services for the allocation of a one-time subsidy to non-state educational organizations at the expense of local budgets for the organization of activities for the teaching of foreign languages in rural areas.
According to the Regulation, the subsidy is allocated to non-state educational organizations for the following purposes:
- equipping buildings and classrooms with modern information and communication technologies, furniture, equipment, teaching aids and other equipment;
- providing the necessary textbooks, educational and methodological literature and other library and information resources, funds for the remuneration of the teaching staff involved in the organization of the educational process.
A non-state educational organization applies for a subsidy before the 10th day of the first month of each quarter of the calendar year with electronic registration in the my.gov.uz.
Following documents should be attached to the application:
- business plan for 2 years;
- business contracts concluded for the supply of products or the performance of works, services;
- employment contracts with teaching staff;
- certificates of teaching staff, confirming the level of foreign language proficiency;
- a lease agreement for premises or educational premises used in the educational process (for non-state educational organizations operating on the basis of real estate lease).
It is strictly forbidden to request from applicants for subsidies information and documents that are not listed above.
Payment for the use of the public service by the applicant is not made.
This order will be introduced from 1 October 2022.
