In accordance with the Regulations, a family orphanage is created by decision of the khokim of the district (city).

Those who want to take children for family upbringing submit an application to the khokimiyat.

At the same time, a citizen between the ages of 35 and 60 who has entered into marriage can be a parent.

Children from birth to 18 years of age are provided for education in an orphanage.

Children aged 10 and over may be transferred to a family orphanage only with their consent.

For upbringing in a family orphanage, you can take at least 3, but not more than 5 children over the age of 3 years.

The living expenses of the pupils of the family orphanage are covered from the State budget.

Parents-guardians for the maintenance of each pupil up to 7 years of age are allocated funds in the amount of 5 sizes of basic estimated value (1.5 million soums) every month, for a pupil from 8 to 18 years old - in the amount of 7 sizes of basic estimated value (2.1 million soums).
