The principle of "one-stop shop" to be introduced in the system of courts

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The principle of "one-stop shop" will be introduced in the system of courts.

It is noted that in practice, in a number of cases, there are problems related to the jurisdiction of cases in courts, in which citizens do not understand which court to apply to - in civil cases, economic or administrative - to resolve their dispute. This caused a lot of inconvenience to the citizens. This was announced at a press conference at AIMC with the participation of officials of the Supreme Court.

In this regard, the judicial system establishes such procedural norms as the widespread introduction of the “one stop shop” principle, including the prohibition of refusal to accept or terminate the conduct of a case by the courts due to the fact that the court does not have jurisdiction over a statement of claim, statement and complaint.

In this case, the statement of claim, statement or complaint is transferred to the court authorized to consider them. As a result, the inconvenience of citizens will be eliminated, and their disputes will be considered in a timely manner by the appropriate court.
