Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Due to the fact that there has been a shortage of gasoline in recent days, critical discussions are underway on social networks. On behalf of the Chairman of the Management Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, “Working Groups” were created to fully control the supply of oil products to consumers. This was reported by the press service of Uzbekneftegaz.
As a result of the work carried out, a shortage of gasoline was prevented and a phased implementation of price reductions was established in accordance with consumer demand and supply.
Uzbekneftegaz has developed measures to prevent gasoline shortages and reduce prices in conjunction with the Antimonopoly Committee and Uzbek Commodity Exchange.
As a result, at gas stations owned by Uzbekneftegaz, starting from 17 December, the price of AI-80 gasoline has been reduced and put up for sale at 6,500 soums per liter.
At all gas stations of Uzbekneftegaz JSC on the territory of the republic, the sale of gasoline at a fixed price will be ensured.
