Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, as part of a state visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan, laid flowers at the monument to "Independence and Humanism" on Mustakillik Square in Tashkent.
