Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Justice hosted a presentation of the interactive information portal Biznesga maslahat (Advice for business), specializing in providing legal advice to business entities.
The event was attended by the leadership and employees of the Ministry of Justice, entrepreneurs, international experts, journalists and bloggers.
Participants watched the ceremony online and through the official website of the Ministry of Justice, the ZOOM platform, as well as the ministry’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
This portal was developed at the initiative of the Ministry of Justice based on the positive experience of the legal information portal Advice.uz with the support of USAID.
During the presentation, it was reported about a number of amenities created for entrepreneurs in the new information portal.
Firstly, the portal contains about a thousand legal data aimed at explaining in an accessible form and in conjunction with practice of the problems that entrepreneurs face in the course of their activities.
In particular, they reflect the rules regarding the procedure and procedures for state registration as a business entity, obtaining land, labor relations, connecting to infrastructures, licensing and permitting procedures, banking, tax and customs legislation.
According to the data posted on the portal, proposals were received from more than 20 ministries, departments and public organizations.
Secondly, the portal contains not only legal information, but standard forms of documents required for entrepreneurial activity.
For example, samples of charters, payment documents submitted to banks, an employment contract for hiring and other similar documents are freely available.
Thirdly, through the portal, you can receive various government services.
In particular, in the section "Registration", the procedure for registration and types of business entities is explained. Having familiarized themselves with them in detail, citizens will be able to follow the link fo.birdarcha.uz and undergo state registration as an entrepreneur.
Fourthly, online applications of entrepreneurs will be accepted through the portal, and solutions and consultations on their legal problems will be provided as soon as possible.
To implement this task, it is envisaged to attract about 20 experts responsible for maintaining the portal and having qualifications and experience in various fields.
It is noteworthy that these consultations will be provided free of charge, that is, legal advice provided by experts is absolutely free.
As noted, entrepreneurs will be able to receive all information from the start of a business to its completion through the portal.
In general, the Biznesga maslahat (Advice for business) portal raises work with entrepreneurs to a qualitatively new level, solving their problems and providing them with practical assistance in the shortest possible time, and will also contribute to the widespread involvement of the population in entrepreneurship.
