Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 25 May, an aircraft flying on the regular route HY-273 Tashkent - Istanbul took off from Tashkent according to the schedule. Due to technical reasons, at 21:10 Tashkent time, the aircraft made an emergency landing at the Trabzon airport.

Currently, there are 240 passengers on board the aircraft and nothing threatens their safety. In the very near future, all passengers will be accommodated in a hotel in the city of Trabzon and will be delivered to their destination - the city of Istanbul, in the shortest possible time.

In turn, for this reason, the departure of flight HY274/25MAY22 on the Istanbul Tashkent route is delayed (departure according to the schedule at 21:45 local time in Istanbul). Currently, the issue of sending a reserve aircraft to take passengers from Istanbul to Tashkent is being worked out.

Uzbekistan Airways apologizes for the inconvenience caused to passengers and meeting persons, and also asks for understanding of the current situation.
