Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Due to unfavorable weather conditions at the destination airport (blizzard), Uzbekistan Airways flight HY639, en route from Samarkand to St. Petersburg, headed for Moscow. 

The crew decided to proceed to the alternate airfield at Domodedovo. This was reported by the press service of Uzbekistan Airports.

The Airbus A321 aircraft landed at the airport with 179 passengers to board at 12:50 Tashkent time.
